SAN CARLOS, Calif. – June 30, 2010 – Ritchey Design-sponsored rider Rory Sutherland of UniteHealthcare Pro Cycling Team presented by Maxxis took the overall title at the Nature Valley Grand Prix in Minneapolis/St. Paul, Minnesota, for the second consecutive year.
Several members of Ritchey Design-sponsored UnitedHealthcare Pro Cycling Team presented by Maxxis, the Jamis/Sutter Home Men’s Pro Cycling Team, and the ColaVita/Baci Women’s Pro Cycling Team earned podium wins and top-ten overall finishes at the Nature Valley Grand Prix as well.
June held several other victories for Ritchey Design-sponsored teams at races around North America, including:
Netherlands Antilles National Championships, June 26-27, 2010, Netherlands Antilles
Marc de Maar of the UnitedHealthcare Pro Cycling Team wins both the time trial and the road race
USA Cycling National Championships, June 22 – 27, 2010 in Bend, Oregon
Amber Neben of Webcor Builders Women’s Professional Cycling Team places second in the time trial
Third place in road championship and fourth place in the criterium goes to Carmen Small of ColaVita/Baci Women’s Pro Cycling Team
The Tour of America’s Dairy Land, June 17 – 27, 2010 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin
Hilton Clarke of UnitedHealthcare Pro Cycling Team takes the podium for the Downer Classic stage, then third at the Carl Zach Cycling Classic stage
UnitedHealthcare Pro Cycling Team member Carl Menzies places second in the Downer Classic, then first at the Carl Zach Cycling Classic
Air Force Cycling Classic, June 12 – 13, 2010 in Arlington, Virginia
