“This is proving to be an exciting time of year for us,” says Peter Pawlus, Director of Just Get it Done Services at Repatron. We are getting more sites done in preparation for the upcoming show season. We know how busy everyone gets during that time of year and we’ve optimized our offering to help ease the load with some self service capability for the rep’s retailers. The Show Scheduler feature is really starting to get used. We’ve been told that nothing is worse than being with your number 1 customer at a show…when your number 2 customer shows up unannounced at the same time. It’s like picking your favorite kid. The show scheduler helps manage some of the crazy chaos that happens at the shows. Many of the retailers also like to see what times the reps have available as well…even up to the day before the show or during the show. The rep screens and approves all requests so they can manage their priority customers. Our secure dealer only area is also a great place to reference during the shows so that the dealer doesn’t have to lug product materials home…it is available online securely.

We have also improved the service by making it easier to use for the reps. Our operating efficiencies have improved as well. The reps are amazed that we usually go live with the first version of the site within 24hrs of the agency saying Go. This usually requires minimal effort from them. We are also adding custom YouTube channels to all the sales agency websites. It is a great way to feature rich video content that the agency’s brands have already created. Everything we do is aimed at improving efficiency at the agency level and directly improving sales for their retailers.”
