Samsonite OutLab and the European Outdoor Fair – For the Respect

London, June 2008. Samsonite OutLab and the Europe Outdoor Trade Fair will join forces this July at the Outdoor show in Friedrichshafen, to try to raise awareness and greater commitment to the respect and protection of our planet.

Everyone present at the this year’s show will be able to take part by simply bringing back the plastic holder of their name badge to certain drop-in points and slip them into the Samsonite OutLab’s eco-friendly Terrea bags at those points after the show so this plastic can be recycled. As an extra incentive, participants are asked to include their business card to have a chance to win an exclusive bag from this Terrea collection. These “green” drop-points will be located at 6 different fair entrances and at the Samsonite OutLab booth. This is a small effort that we hope will help illustrate the fact that everyone can be involved and we all can play an important role in protecting Mother Nature and our great outdoors, even through simple actions such as this.
