Sanita Restructures US Management Team

San Diego, CA – May 3, 2010 – Effective April 26, 2010, Sanita Footwear A/S, the Danish parent company of Sanita Clogs, Inc, in Temecula, CA, announced the restructuring of the US management team.

“We are pleased to announce the appointment of Bill Taylor as President /Sales of Sanita Clogs, Inc. Over the past 18 months, Bill has been very successful in not only increasing our premier points of distribution, but the overall business by over 50% in a tough market,” said Claus Thomsen, CEO of Sanita A/S. “Bill’s focus will be to continue to raise awareness of the Sanita brand by creating enhanced partnerships with our valued retailers, and growing our line extensions in both the Wood Fashion markets and the Uniform/Work Wear categories.”

Mr. Thomsen continues “As a veteran of the footwear business, Bill’s many years of experience will provide a knowledgeable and positive influence to our management team in Temecula while allowing us to focus on creating additional consumer awareness, increased customer service and improved deliveries. Bill will work with and report directly to the team in Denmark.”

Sanita Clogs, Inc. also announces the appointments of Angela Anderson to the position of Director of Administration/Product Management, and Michael O’Brien as National Sales Manager. Sanita A/S has doubled its production capacity to handle the increased demand for our products worldwide and has also purchased a new building with increased warehouse capacity in Denmark to allow operations to be more streamlined and responsive to the market.

After serving as President and CEO of Sanita Clogs, Inc. for the past 18 months, Gene Kunde has left the company to pursue other opportunities and spend more time with his family.
