Sea to Summit continues expansion of sales team to support growth

Boulder, CO; January 4, 2016 – Sea to Summit has again expanded its in-house sales team as the company continues to experience phenomenal growth.
Josh Simpson, Sea to Summit’s National Sales Manager says; “We’re coming off the back of a really big year. The progress of the brand is on an incredible trajectory at the moment, and we don’t really see an end in sight”. To better support this growth moving into 2016, Sea to Summit recently restructured and expanded its sales team.
Sea to Summit is proud to announce the promotion of Sarah Tantillo to the Regional Sales Manager position for the West Coast including Western Canada. Simpson says; “Sarah has built a wonderful rapport with our West Coast dealers, is a great champion of the brand and has the leadership talent we need in that region”. James Howarth has been promoted to Regional Sales Manager for the East Coast including Eastern Canada. James joined Sea to Summit in April of 2015 after spending over 15 years at Eastern Mountain Sports. Simpson says; “James began managing the Northeast region for us last year and has done an excellent job working with our retailers and independent reps there. With decades of industry experience and 10 years with Sea to Summit in various positions, Barry Robertson is taking on a new role focused entirely on providing best-in-class education and support to our retailers. Simpson says; “Anyone who knows Sea to Summit knows Barry. He is a walking encyclopedia of outdoor gear and very passionate about sharing that knowledge. This role is a perfect fit for him and will bring great benefits to our dealers and their staff”. Amanda Schreier has been promoted to the newly created role of Business Process Analyst and Project Manager. She will support several cross-departmental initiatives and be the lead for key projects, which will streamline and improve various processes and systems.
