Sea to Summit welcomes Darrin Young as National Sales Manager

 Boulder, CO; April 12 2017. Sea to Summit has added a key leader to their sales team to support the brand’s steady growth; the company is excited to welcome Darrin Young as its new National Sales Manager.

Sea to Summit’s Sales Director, Josh Simpson, said; “We put a lot of time and energy into searching out the right person for this role. Darrin brings a tremendous amount of experience and industry knowledge to our team. He’ll play a vital role in ensuring we continue to deliver on the commitments we have to our retail partners by providing the best service and support in the industry. Young will work closely with Simpson as he leads the sales team and provides support to the company’s independent reps, in addition to working directly with many of the brand’s national retail partners. Sea to Summit services more than 80% of its North American dealer base through its in-house sales and customer service team, which has been rapidly expanding over the past few years.

Darrin brings 20 years of valuable industry experience to Sea to Summit, most recently at SmartWool where he spent a little over 10 years working with independent and national retailers.
