Terra Bella, CA –Setton Pistachio of Terra Bella, Inc.—the nation’s second largest pistachio processor and maker of Pistachio Chewy Bites based in California’s Central Valley—is continuing to grow its ambassador team with the addition of two new arrivals. Yoga instructor, social media influencer and creator of the 365-Day Handstand Challenge, Lauren Rudick and yoga instructor, SUP competitor, and Oakley athlete Lindsay Gonzalez of Denver, Colorado are excited to join Setton’s community of wellness-oriented ambassadors.

A devout yogi, Rudick has taught and practiced yoga across four continents and in over a dozen countries with some of the community’s most notable and inspiring teachers. She applies her experiences to dynamic, upbeat classes infused with humor, positivity, and joy. Rudick teaches at national wellness gatherings including the Wanderlust Festival, Burlington Yoga Conference and Sedona Yoga Festival. The handstand enthusiast also offers yoga retreats to international destinations such as Costa Rica, Nicaragua and Morocco.
“I couldn’t be more excited about joining the Setton team,” said Rudick. “They offer the perfect light bite to grab and go when I need a quick boost of energy before teaching a class or practicing yoga. These little delights sustain me for hours. I love that they aren’t too sweet and are made from simple, natural ingredients.”
Like Rudick, Gonzalez has been practicing yoga for over a decade and is a prominent instructor in Denver and at the School of Mines in Golden, Colorado. As a yoga therapist, she specializes in helping athletes of all levels by teaching them body awareness through the fundamentals of yoga to balance, lengthen and strengthen the body. Gonzalez easily transitions from studio to stand-up-paddleboard as a well known SUP athlete and ambassador for Oakley Women’s Fitness Apparel, BOGA Stand Up Paddle Boards and Sawyer Paddles.

“Pistachio Chewy Bites are my perfect power food,” said Gonzalez. “Bouncing from one activity to the next often leaves me little time to grab a meal. When I can’t, or when I simply need a nutritional boost, Pistachio Chewy Bites easily deliver. Plus, they’re incredibly tasty!”
Setton Pistachio COO Mia Cohen added, “Lauren and Lindsay are much more than welcome additions to our ambassador program. They both bring substantial contributions to their respective communities and a passionate pursuit of health and wellness, which is a large part of what drives our brand. We’re thrilled to have them on board and look forward to the collaboration and positive progress that will inevitably result from it.”
