SGMA Selects True North to Manage PR for Spring Market

New industry trade event set to debut June 11, 2007 in Las Vegas

WASHINGTON, DC. – October 10, 2006 – The Sporting Goods Manufacturers Association has selected True North Brand Group, Inc., Hingham, Ma., to oversee public relations efforts for SGMA Spring Market.

SGMA Spring Market is a focused industry event that provides manufacturers direct access to specialty and trendsetting retailers, independent, regional and small retailers, as well as team dealers. SGMA Spring Market is an opportunity for those retailers to see athletic footwear, performance apparel, team apparel and equipment, and fitness equipment and accessories—all under one roof. Leading brands such as Asics, New Balance, Franklin, Under Armour, Everlast and Riddell are just some of the big name brands that have already committed to the event.
