Sierra Designs puts retailers first, announces new apparel sales team

BOULDER, COLO. (May 24, 2011) – Sierra Designs, outdoor clothing and equipment innovator for over 40 years, proudly announces a new apparel sales team, tasked with handling sales and customer service for Sierra Designs apparel retailers throughout the U.S. market.
Made up of seven industry-leading sales groups, the new Sierra Designs team will work to elevate customer service, providing retail accounts with a level of assistance and support worthy of Sierra Designs’ award-winning apparel assortment.
“Having a dedicated apparel sales force allows us to focus more clearly on our retailers and our growing apparel category,” said Dale Philippi, CEO with Sierra Designs. “By assigning separate sales teams for apparel and equipment, we are better able to address the specific needs of retailers carrying each of these product lines, elevating our overall level of customer service.”
