Sierra and â€œMr. Greenâ€ Scout Summer Market for the â€œGreenestâ€ Products and Practices
San Francisco, CAâ€”The Sierra Club’s national magazine, SIERRA, brings its authority and leadership in the sustainability movement to Outdoor Retailer Summer Market 2008. Columnist Bob Schildgen, better known as â€œMr. Green,â€ will be introduced to exhibitors and retailers seeking direction in their efforts to manufacture products and do business in a more sustainable way.
SIERRA’s Editor-in-chief Bob Sipchen and â€œMr. Greenâ€ will be scouting Summer Market for the latest in â€œgreenâ€ products and business practices to highlight in a future issue of SIERRA. To encourage exhibitors and retailers to share their efforts towards more sustainable products and practices, Mr. Green will spend time on Saturday, August 9 from 9-11am and 2-5pm and on Sunday, August 10 from 9-11am and 1-5pm at SIERRA’s Booth # 23032.
