BROMMA, Sweden — Silva, the Swedish legacy brand founded in 1933, which has long been a leader in compass and trail navigation products will be introducing two new headlamps to the U.S. market prior to the Outdoor Retailer Snow Show.
Silva’s Trail Runner Free is a 400 lumen headlamp with an 80m visibility range. Available in two models, this running focused lamp can be used with either a rechargeable battery pack or three AAA batteries. The Free is the fifth generation of Silva’s original running headlamp and features a completely integrated power system with no cables, making it lighter and more comfortable.
The Trail Speed 4XT, a 1,200 lumen lamp is designed for skiers, mountain bikers, and runners and, with it’s 160m range, can light the darkest trail. The 4XT is powered by a rechargeable battery pack that can either be attached to the back of the strap or stowed in a pack when using an extended power cable.
Silva will be attending the Outdoor Retailer Snow Show, exhibiting at the Liberty Mountain (booth #42099-UL). Liberty Mountain is the company’s U.S. distributor.
