Simms Fishing Products Announces Organizational Restructuring

Aaron Theabolt to Join Product Development Team

Simms Fishing Products, the leading manufacturer of high-quality waders and fishing apparel, announced today that Diane Bristol will be assuming the role of Director of Marketing and Product Merchandising. In this new capacity, Bristol will oversee all of Simms’ product design and development functions and will continue to manage Simms’ global marketing and brand management activities. Joining Bristol in her new role, Simms welcomes Aaron Theabolt in the role of Senior Manager of Product Development. Theabolt will manage Simms’ product development team and will report directly to Diane Bristol.

Aaron has over ten years of experience in product management and development. Most recently he was with Summit Resources, a global apparel sourcing firm, and previously he was responsible for managing and buying all fly fishing products for Bass Pro Shops. Aaron is also an avid outdoorsman.

Previously, Diane held the position of Director of Marketing and Customer Service at Simms. As part of the restructuring, Andy Wunsch, Simms’ Director of Sales, will assume oversight of the Customer Service and Shipping Departments under his new title as Director of Sales and Distribution.
