To extend its in-store training performed by company sales representatives, Spenco Medical Corporation has partnered with 3point5.com, a free online retail training program designed to engage and educate retail employees on a variety of brands.

Waco, TX – To extend its in-store training performed by company sales representatives, Spenco Medical Corporation has partnered with 3point5.com, a free online retail training program designed to engage and educate retail employees on a variety of brands.
According to Ryan Cruthirds, Spenco Sales and Marketing Director, the Spenco 3point5.com training program will help retail sales associates become more familiar with Spenco’s line of performance insoles so they can sell more for their stores. As an incentive to complete and pass all Spenco training sessions, retail employees will be able to order Spenco products at a discount through the online store run by 3point5.com.
“As retailers face shrinking sales staffs and high rates of turnover, we understand how important it is to consistently help them with product education,†said Cruthirds. “With over 18,000 retailers on board, 3point5.com is an excellent complement to our clinic program provided by our sales reps.â€
Over 100 retailers have participated in the Spenco 3point5.com training program since it went live on September 1, 2009.
