Toronto, Canada — Spyder Canada today announced the formation of the Spyder Canada Customer Service Team. Based in Toronto, the bilingual team strengthens Spyder’s commitment of providing industry leading service levels to the brand’s Canadian consumers and retail dealers.
“This is another big step for Spyder Canada in providing dedicated resources to our constituents. With the customer service piece positioned in Canada we are now ‘on the ground’ and focused on building the sales, marketing and service levels in Canada,†stated Mark Brasier, Spyder’s Canada sales and marketing manager.
The office will be fully synched in with the Spyder headquarters in Boulder in regard to training, technology, and systems support. This allows the auxiliary team to draft off Spyder’s three decades of experience while having a committed focus on Canada.
The office’s go live date is January 18, 2010, appropriately timed for the anticipated strong retail period surrounding the Olympics held in Vancouver this February.
