A native of Bend, Ore., Oliphant recently graduated from high school and relocated to Paia, Hawaii, where she could pursue her love of water sports. A natural athlete, Brit has competed in nearly every sport throughout her youth, although she now focuses on stand up paddle boarding (SUP) and paddle surfing. Oliphant recently placed 1st in the 12th Annual Surftech Jay Race, a women’s SUP competition. She also placed 2nd in the 2013 Surftech Shootout and 5th in the H20 Overdrive Summer Series. When not competing, Oliphant shares her love of SUP by teaching the sport to other enthusiasts.
