Stonewear Launches NEW Styles at Summer Outdoor Retailer

STONEWEAR DESIGNS LAUNCHES NEW STYLES FOR SPRING 2015
LOUISVILLE, CO – Stonewear Designs, a Colorado born women’s active wear brand, introduces new line including new styles and a bright Caribbean inspired color palette. Stonewear Designs brought in a new designer in late 2013 and the Stonewear team has been hard at work to add new styles and update classic favorites. “The last two seasons that we’ve introduced at Outdoor Retailer made an impact and helped us grow sales and as a brand overall. We knew that we had to match our current momentum and success with another fantastic line for Spring ‘15”, said Kitty Bradley, President of Stonewear Designs. She added “We have made lots of changes over the past year, we’ve gained new team members, a new designer, and we are coming into our new Spring season stronger than ever. Our new line is really going to blow everyone away.”
“Our customer wants versatility, comfort, and performance” said Cassie Strid, Production Manager. She continued, “Our clothes always exceed these needs while providing outstanding quality, great fit, and long lasting durability – and of course, we’ve stayed true to our goal of making women look great and feel good in their active clothing”.
When asked about how the new Spring 2015 line stands out, Cassie said “We’ve utilized super-technical, yet soft fabrics in fun, bright colors, that really pop. We’ve designed our new styles to be do-it-all pieces that can be any active woman’s go-to in their closet – like our Volt Capri, it’s a tight that can easily transition from yoga to running to climbing, but also be layered under a tunic for a cute casual look for around town.” She added, “I think we’ve been particularly successful at designing a line that provides the type of multi-functionality and that means high value, bang for your buck”.
A few of the most exciting new styles in the Spring 2015 Stonewear line is the “Mini-Stripe Collection”, including the Fuse Tank, Sportee, and Cassanna Pullover. The “Mini-Stripe Collection” are new favorites because of the great fabric that feels soft and cotton-like but provides technical performance because it is a poly-spandex blend. The three mini-stripe styles include; the Fuse Tank a just-next-to-skin tank that has cute ruching and keyhole styling, the Sportee a T-Shirt that looks great with favorite hiking shorts as well as with jeans, and the Cassanna Pullover a tunic length top with handkerchief hem for layering over your favorite yoga tights or with jeans or a skirt.

Stonewear is also at the top of their game for uber-techy new active styles, versatile enough to be used for everything from running, to yoga, to around town. Some of these new styles include the Volt Capri, the Vibe Short, and the Stride Skort.
The Volt Capri is new to Stonewear’s “Sprint” category of styles, it’s made from Stonewear’s recycled compression power fabric (85% recycled PET, 15% spandex) and features Dryflex fabric for contrast color details below the waist – both fabrics are lightweight, quick-drying, and wick moisture away from skin. This super-techy capri features a hidden pocket in the waist and gusseted inseam, as well as, cute keyhole detailing on the leg for extra breathability.
The Vibe Short is the Volt Capri’s sexy little sister. This 5 inch shortie is the perfect training companion, great for even the sweatiest endeavors and hottest days of summer. Vibe short is super-versatile and can be used for everything from hitting the gym, hitting the trail, bouldering, climbing, hot yoga class and even stand up paddle boarding. The Vibe Short is made from Stonewear’s recycled compression power fabric with Dryflex contrast fabric and color in the waist band.

The Stride Skort is Stonewear’s new spirited sport skort, featuring kick pleats in front and back and a no-fuss, non-riding hidden shortie. The Stride Skort is made with ultra-comfy yet techy Dry-Flex lite fabric which dries quick, wicks sweat, and is lightweight and packable. The shortie in contrasting color underneath, features a 3 ½ inseam, helping to prevent riding and a gusset to keep you dry and comfy. The kick pleats in the front and back provide extra mobility making the Stride Skort perfect for running, paddling, hiking, backpacking, and much more.
