Ironwood, MI, — For spring 2017 Stormy Kromer is introducing two new women’s silhouettes inspired by designs from the past century. While the Cloche and Cloverland styles are rooted in the past, Stormy Kromer has given them a contemporary look through the use of color and materials.
The Cloche, a bell shaped hat, is a style one could image F. Scott Fitzgerald’s character Daisy or even Ida Kromer wearing. Stormy Kromer has updated the look combining solid colors on the exterior and contrasting yet complimentary prints on the exterior of the cap. The cap’s brim can be worn down or up revealing the interior pint. MSRP: $39.99
The Cloche is offered in Kelly green with a blue interior and large polka dots, heather blue with gray interior and small polka dots, and khaki with a solid light coral interior. The Cloche is also offered in a waxed cotton version in Navy with a light green interior and small polka dots and khaki with a blue and khaki plaid interior. MSRP: $44.99
The Cloverland is a low-profile jockey inspired cap with a short brim similar to the Stormy Kromer Original cap. Its lightweight cotton chambray face fabric gives it a work wear look with a casual ready-to-go anywhere feel. The Cloverland has an elastic back to fit all head shapes and sizes and a poplin blend liner for superior wearing comfort. MSRP: $39.99
