Swiss Advance, the sustainably driven maker of outdoor kitchen equipment and tools, is pleased to announce a limited edition sale of the Crono N5. The lightweight, compact multitool will be available for purchase exclusively to attendees of the 2018 Outdoor Retailer + Snow Show in Denver, with all proceeds benefiting a local non-profit.
“Since this is the first year Outdoor Retailer is coming to Denver, and our first year as exhibitors at the show, we want to give something back to the local community,” says Swiss Advance CEO and founder, Peter Meyer. The limited edition tools will be co-branded to commemorate this special event.
Show attendees can purchase the limited edition multitool for just $20 (retail $38), and 100-percent of the proceeds will benefit Dry Bones, a Denver-area non-profit serving houseless youth and young adults. “I love the idea of an outdoor brand like Swiss Advance taking an interest in supporting Dry Bones,” says Matt Wallace with Dry Bones. “We work with approximately 800-1000 young people that camp as a way of life, so this makes a lot of sense to me.”
Designed with Swiss precision, the Crono N5 packs fifteen individual tools into its micro-thin design, suitable for camping or everyday carry. The flat design fans out from a single hinge to expose an array of different tools, from a knife blade and fork to a fish scaler, wire stripper and stitching bradawl. Made using laser cut German stainless steel and hand assembled in Switzerland, this modern day pocketknife is made using the highest quality materials and sustainable manufacturing practices. With an overall weight of only 41 grams, the Crono N5 goes unnoticed in any pocket until needed, while the simple, sleek design makes for the perfect travel companion for multi or single day adventures.
