Technogym, has been appointed as Fitness Equipment Exclusive Official Supplier to the Rio de Janeiro Pan-American games which will be held between July 13th and 29th.
The Italian company, a world leader in the industry, was chosen ahead of many American competitors and local producers, thanks to the innovative technology and the quality of its wide range of product and services as well as for the experience accumulated in the 3 previous Olympic Games and for the recent appointment to Beijing 2008.

In Rio, Technogym® will set up training facilities including approximately 100 pieces of equipment for both cardiovascular and strength training, including the innovative Kinesis and Cardio Wave plus 2000 kilos in discs and dumbbells. Almost 6,000 athletes are expected to attend the event, representing 42 nations and competing in 28 sport disciplines.
The Pan-American games will be, once again, an important occasion for Technogym® to promote the Wellness lifestyle and attract more people to regular physical activity.
