Tender Corp. Names Frank Meyer Chief Marketing Officer

LITTLETON, N.H. (August 3, 2011) – Tender Corp., a leading developer of skincare and first aid products designed for active lifestyles, today announced that it has promoted Frank Meyer to the position of Chief Marketing Officer.

Most recently Meyer served as Director of Marketing for Adventure® Medical Kits, Tender’s specialty outdoor and sporting goods division.

In his new role, Meyer’s core responsibilities will be to lead the company’s marketing department in developing effective marketing and business strategies that support all of Tender’s domestic and international divisions and the channels they sell into, including food, drug, mass, sporting goods, specialty outdoor and private label.

Coincident with Meyer’s hiring, Tender is also significantly increasing the size of its marketing department and is currently evaluating candidates for the positions of brand manager and category specific product managers. Once fully staffed, the newly expanded department will also encompass Tender’s current marketing personnel, all of whom will report to Meyer.

An avid whitewater kayaker, skier, backpacker and trail runner, Meyer co-founded Adventure® Medical Kits with Dr. Eric A. Weiss and Amy Weiss in 1988. The company was later purchased by Tender Corp. in 2004.

Meyer is based in Bozeman, MT, where he lives with his wife and three children.
