Ternua Introduces Adrenalite Collection For Spring/Summer ‘16

Ternua (www.Ternua.com), a Spanish designer and manufacturer of technical hiking, climbing, mountaineering and skiing apparel and outerwear, is rolling out its spring/summer 2016 collection with the introduction of its new Adrenalite collection. Adrenalite nicely compliments the company’s existing warm weather hiking, trekking and climbing collections and will be available in specialty stores and online starting in April 2016.

Ternua’s new Adrenalite collection offers functional, lightweight garments that can be used for a variety of outdoor activities including hiking, trail running, backpacking, or climbing. It includes technical jackets, shirts, shorts, capris and pants for both men and women. They are all lightweight, breathable and compressible garments that have been researched and proven to allow for an optimal fit and mobility, along with the necessary features for all aerobic activities performed in the mountains.

Neutrino Jacket: (men’s & women’s) The Neutrino Jacket is the ultimate lightweight, packable jacket for a day on the trails. This shell is made with durable Pertex Endurance fabric that incorporates an ultra-thin air permeable coating that is highly breathable, water and wind resistant, and provides warmth. The central and chest pocket YKK zippers are water repellent and the jacket features elastic cuffs, an adjustable hood with cord lock, and a cord-adjustable hem. Armpit bellows and articulated elbows provide a comfortable fit and ease of movement. When not being worn, the Neutrino can be folded into the jacket’s inner pocket. Bluesign certified. MEN’S ADRENALITE HIGHLIGHTS:

Lightning Jacket: A lightweight hybrid jacket made in Pertex Quantum fabric that is breathable, windproof and water resistant (PFOA/PFOS-free DWR treatment) in the front. The sleeves, sides and back are made in Ternua’s bi-elastic Shellstretch with a PFC-free water repellent treatment. The liner features recycled Polartec Power Grid that absorbs sweat by expelling it to the outer layer and retaining the heat generated. The result is a very light, fitted and compressible jacket. It has three zippered pockets in the front, elastic cuffs with a thumb hole, and an elastic cord lock hem. It features reflective details in the front, sleeves and back for safety and includes a tote bag. MSRP: $150.00

Jaws Shirt: Technical and elastic short sleeve shirt made in Ternua’s Dryshell fabric that draws moisture away from the body, offering athletes optimum comfort and mobility. It also has antimicrobial protection to attack odor-producing bacteria, and its recycled polyester microfibre material helps conserve resources. It features reflective details on the sleeves, front and back as well as flatlock seams. MSRP: $70.00

Speed Short: Technical, light, elastic shorts with an interior Dryshell liner that wicks moisture away from the skin. These athletic shorts feature an adjustable rubber waistband with cord, a back zippered pocket to hold a cell phone and/or money, two elastic bands in the back for carrying gel, and mesh pockets on both sides. The Speed Short has reflective details on the side, front and back for safety. MSRP: $80.00

It also has an antibacterial treatment that prevents the formation of bacteria, preventing unwanted odor. It has reflective details on the sleeves, front and back and flatlock seams. MSRP: $70.00

Quest Short: This fitted athletic short is made with Ternua’s proprietary Shellstretch bi-elastic fabric with PFC-free water repellent treatment. The cord-adjustable waist, flatlock seams and 4-way stretch makes it extremely comfortable and breathable. The side zip pocket is perfect for carrying money, ID and/or a cell phone.
