The Mann Group Hires Philip Croley – former SE sales representative at Pearl Izumi – to lead GEAR Training in the Bike, Run and Outdoor Industry

Asheville, NC – The Mann Group announced today that Philip Croley has taken the role of Business Development Director and will be overseeing the GEAR Training program for the Bike, Run and Outdoor Industry. The GEAR suite of products provides staff with full control of every selling situation, with every customer and every product on the sales floor, and start building both the number and size of your transactions the moment they start implementation.

For the past 6 years Philip has been highly active in the outdoor & sports industry; working on all sides of the business from inside buying for a 7 store outdoor chain, online sales in the cycling industry for The Pros Closet, to outside sales in the run channel for industry leader Pearl Izumi. This work has taken him from Texas, to Colorado, to Alabama, and finally to Asheville NC. 

Philip’s prior 10 years were spent running a prominent live music venue in Austin Tx. Add it all up so far and it’s over 13 years of creating work and gaining knowledge around one’s passions. He brings a great deal of authenticity to his work within the outdoor industry and can often be found mountain biking, road riding, running, and camping out in the beautiful mountains in and around Asheville NC.
