The North Face Rewards Role Models with Great Summer Gear

Get outside, take someone with you, and win great gear. Last month, The North Face challenged people across the country to get outside, and take someone with them through the Role Models pledge on The North Face Facebook page. Today The North Face announced that Role Models who take the pledge, or share photos of their summer adventures will be entered to win one of two weekly giveaways of summer gear, including the latest sleeping bags, tents and packs. Giveaways will happen on Mondays and Fridays of every week through September 20.
Every Role Model who takes the pledge and uploads a photo will also be entered to win the grand prize – a VIP trip to Berkeley, CA to meet three incredible Role Models, The North Face climbers Conrad Anker, Jimmy Chin and Renan Ozturk, with special access to the Meru Expedition Speaker Series event.
The North Face President Todd Spaletto announced today that 100% company employees, more than 500 people, are committed to being Role Models this summer as well. The North Face will also be donating $1 per pledge (up to $10,000) to the Children & Nature Network, a non-profit organization dedicated to fighting Nature Deficit Disorder.
