The Shmooz: Three-Stop Winter Tour is Successful!

Special thanks to the participating companies and to the attending jobseekers for getting involved in our recent stops at the Agenda Show, at Outdoor Retailer, and at the 2014 SIA Snow Show.

Manhattan Beach, Calif. (February 10, 2014) – Malakye (http://www.Malakye.com/), the leading careers website for professionals and companies in lifestyle-driven industries, successfully brought the Shmooz to the Agenda Show in Long Beach, Calif. on Wednesday, January 8, 2014, to Outdoor Retailer in Salt Lake City on Friday, January 24, 2014, and to the SIA Snow Show on Saturday, February 2, 2014.

The three FREE events combined brought together over 1,000 talented jobseekers eager to meet with nearly 40 of the most coveted brands in the action sports, streetwear, outdoor, bike, fitness and snowsports industries.

“The chance to meet employers and to discuss what their job entails was the highlight of my experience at the Shmooz,” stated Mike Aldini, a jobseeker at the Shmooz at SIA. “I was grateful the Shmooz provided the medium in beginning relationships and I walked away with a sense of confidence and an extremely optimistic view of the future.”

Since 2006, the Shmooz has served the purpose of bringing the Malakye website to life by creating an exciting environment for both companies and potential employees to connect.
