True Hero is proud to be a part of a lot of great events at both Open Air Demo and the Outdoor Retail Show. Check out where we will be and what you should be doing!

Open Air Demo (OAD)

August 4th – Open Air Demo Games 8:00am-1:00pm

We are happy to announce that True Hero will again produce the second annual Open Air Demo Games! Want to demo several products and brands at OR but not sure how to fit it all in? Register today! Space is limited!

Every participant will receive a swag bag full of products of an $80 value for FREE, including a technical running shirt from CRAFT, SOG Key Knife, Camelbak Chute Water Bottle, Luci Lantern, Clif Bar, Wigwam Socks and more! The games take place along the beachfront and all around the demo area. Participants can compete solo or as a team of two. Each racer gets a chance to test their skills with Horizon Hobby remote control cars and drones, Ice Bug OCR shoes on an obstacle course, BIC paddleboards, SOG tomahawk knives, FunAir extreme water slide, Dynamic Disc frisbee golf, Starboard SUP polo and so much more!

OAD Games at Cemetery Point Pineview Reservoir. Be there! You must be registered by 10:00am; 10:15am meet at OR tent; the games begin at 10:30am sharp! There will be a winner at every leg and prizes at the end! Don’t miss out!

True Hero will be hosting the Helly Hansen “We Love Rain” Photo booth and Instagram contest. Come get your photo taken in some of our favorite Helly Hansen Rain Jackets, Rain Boots, Rain Hats and Rain Umbrellas – did we mention – We LOVE RAIN!? Print your photos onsite, post to Instagram and/or have it sent to email. Hashtag #HellyHansen #WeLoveRain for your chance to win a Helly Hansen Rain Jacket.

REVO will be selling sunglasses well below the wholesale price for $75.00 each – limited amount available!

Outdoor Retailer (OR)

 August 5th – Helly Hansen Happy Hour 4:30-6:00 Booth #36137

Show up at the Helly Hansen booth and enter an Instagram photo booth contest! Happy Hour on day one of OR with FREE food and good beer! Enter the raffle to win a Helly Hansen rain jacket and other swag. At 5:30PM True Hero will pick the raffle winner! Come join!

August 6th –Mountainsmith Backpackers and Brews Benefit Party 4:30-6:00pm Booth #20015

Stop by the Mountainsmith booth for FREE beer, coozies and CORDURA swag bags! Support the American Alpine Club by purchasing a 2016 Scream 25 Pack for only $40 at 4:30, 5:00 or 5:30 – cash only! Also, don’t forget to drop your business card in for the 5:30 raffle to win more! You are invited!

 August 6th – Ice Bug Happy Hour 4:30-6:00pm Booth #BR836

Visit the Ice Bug booth for SPIKED snow cones, beer, hot pretzels and great prizes! If you are feeling generous – all donations will go to the Utah Humane Society.
