SEATTLE, WA (January 20, 2015) —Therm-a-Rest continues to lead the outdoor mattress category with the launch of three new mattresses: the high-tech NeoAir® XTherm MAX mattress for extreme winter and mountain adventurers, the hybrid EvoLite Plus for backpackers and campers seeking ultralight comfort with self-inflating convenience, and the versatile NeoAir® Voyager™ for seasoned and first-time backpackers looking for an affordable, high-quality, American-made air mattress with three-season warmth.
The new NeoAir XTherm MAX mattress joins Therm-a-Rest’s 2015 line as a rectangular version of the award-winning winter favorite, the NeoAir XTherm. When temperatures start to dip into the extreme range, the XTherm MAX keeps users comfortable and warm with more coverage utilizing a non-tapered design with an unbelievable warmth-to-weight ratio – 5.7 R-value in a 17 oz, 2.5-in-thick mattress.
The new EvoLite™ Plus mattress is a warmer version of brand’s highly acclaimed, award-winning new EvoLite mattress. Ideal for campers and backpackers pushing the shoulder seasons, the 2.5-inch-thick EvoLite Plus mattress features ThermaCapture™ reflective technology to trap radiant heat and boost warmth for a high-loft, ultra comfortable and warm winter mattress with virtually no added weight or bulk. The mattress features the same patent-pending AirFrame™ construction as the EvoLite, combining the ultralight, high-loft comfort and compactness of an air mattress with the convenience and support of self-inflating foam.
Not to be outdone, Therm-a-Rest continues to impress with the new, competitively priced NeoAir Voyager mattress.
