Seattle, Wash. – Line, makers of athlete-driven skis and freestyle skiing pioneers, has entered into a partnership with international pro Tom Wallisch to further solidify the brand as the global leader of freestyle skiing.
“I couldn’t be more excited to announce I’m riding for Line. The first twin tips I owned were Lines and it’s amazing to go full circle and be back skiing them again,” said Tom Wallisch. “What makes Line so special is how true they are to our sport. They are solely focused on freeskiing and providing the best possible product for myself and kids just like me all over the world.”
“We’re pumped to start this partnership with Wallisch!” said Line Global Brand Director Josh Malczyk. “We’ve always had respect for Tom’s raw talent, style, work ethic, attitude, motivation and overall professional awesomeness and the partnership fits the Line brand perfectly. He’s been on our skis since August and we’re excited to start promoting the brand and make rad products together.”
After nearly two decades Line’s unwavering mission to make skiing more funner continues. Through progressive ski designs, unique marketing and working with creative athletes, the addition of Wallisch allows Line to take its core mission to the next level. Tom joins one of the most diverse pro ski teams on the planet that includes: Eric Pollard, LJ Strenio, Will Wesson, Max Hill, Colter Hinchliffe, Andrew Whiteford, Rob Heule, Andy Parry, Max Hammer, Niklas Eriksson, Even Sigstad, Hadley Hammer, Roy Kittler and Cole Drexler.
From the ashes of a dilapidated skiing world full of straight, stiff and un-fun skis, LINE was born in ‘95 with a mission to grow and rejuvenate skiing by building innovative, high performance, athlete driven ski products to support the next generation of skiers, no matter the young or young-at-heart. In summary, the goal has always been to make skiing MORE FUNNER.
