TrekSta Partners with Outdoor Adventure Media for 2013 "Go Outside & Play" Roadshow & Festival Tour

Moscow, Idaho – TrekSta, a leading manufacturer of technical outdoor footwear, hits the road this summer with Outdoor Adventure Media’s 2013 Go Outside & Play Roadshow and Festival Tour, a grassroots event marketing program inspiring people to be active in the outdoors and more involved in their local outdoor community. TrekSta is joining forces with OAM this season as part of the shoe company’s Perfect Fit Project – a year-long campaign dedicated to helping hikers and trail runners experience shoes that perfectly conform to the human foot for greater comfort and performance.
As part of the Perfect Fit Project, TrekSta will be providing attendees with the opportunity to check out their latest trail running shoe, the Sync. Participants will have be able to find their “perfect fit” and experience TrekSta’s NestFIT technology, born out of measurements taken from some 20,000 individual feet and designed to mold perfectly to the unique contours of the foot, providing a custom fit unlike any other. TrekSta is giving away a pair of Sync trail running shoes at every event this summer as well as weekly giveaways on Facebook.
The Sync offers a lightweight yet structured upper, featuring has a heel-to-toe differential of only 4mm. Anatomical sensor zones in the Independent Suspension Technology (IST) sole sense and respond to the terrain for a pure connection between the runner and the trail. These features will encourage proper running mechanics while balancing comfort with ground feel. With the industry midsole differential currently 10-12mm, the Sync provides an optimal transition towards more minimalist footwear for a majority of runners.
