Famed Ski Mountaineer to Discuss New Film Project
Sausalito, Calif. – June 16, 2017
Ultimate Direction, the leading brand in hydration and wearable gear innovations, is proud to be making its first appearance at the upcoming OutDoor Show in Friedrichshafen, Germany, 18-21 June. Mathéo Jacquemoud, Ski Mountaineer and one of pioneers of the “fast and light” style, will be available at the Ultimate Direction booth to sign posters and discuss his upcoming film, “This is Real.”
The film is a stunning visual demonstration of what is possible in the mountains, with a narrative by Colin Haley. The Trailer has been released here. The filmmaker, Mathis Dumas will also be present to discuss the film.

Mathéo Jacquemoud is a frequent partner of Kilian Jornet on ski expeditions, a former Fastest Known Time holder on Mt Blanc, has twice won the prestigious Pierra Menta, and personally developed the new line of SkiMo Vests for Ultimate Direction, which will feature at the booth. Mathéo and Mathis will be at Ultimate Direction, Booth B4-207, from 11:00am-12:30pm, on Sunday, June 18. Posters will be available for signing.
