Vasque Appoints Joel Lee as International Sales Manager

Red Wing, MN – Dec. 15, 2016 – Vasque footwear, a family-owned company with over 50 years of experience in the outdoor footwear sector, is extremely proud to announce it has appointed Joel Lee as International Sale Manager. Beginning in December, Lee will head up leadership of Vasque’s International distributors and Canadian representatives.
“I have been waiting for a person like Joel to come to Vasque. He brings an in-depth knowledge of our International markets and comes from one of my favorite brands in the industry, Black Diamond,” said George Curleigh, vice president of Vasque. “But mostly I just wanted a new backcountry ski partner.”
An avid runner, climber and skier, with over 14 years of experience at Black Diamond Equipment, Lee began his career in outdoor specialty retail in Montana as a buyer and store manager.
