Vibram® and Hankook Tire Join Forces for a New Exclusive Partnership Involving Design, Technology and Innovation

Vibram®, on the occasion of the 66th edition of the International Motor Show (IAA) in Frankfurt, is pleased to announce a new, unique collaboration with Hankook Tire.
From Tuesday 15th to Wednesday 16th of September, the company from the yellow octagon will present to the European press two new Vibram FiveFingers® models and an innovative “new concept sole”, born from the sharing of skills and technical knowledge between Vibram® and the tire company.
Vibram® and Hankook Tire represent two consolidated points of reference in their respective sectors – footwear and automotive – thanks to their cutting edge and innovative products synonymous with durability, traction and quality. The strategic combination of design and technological know-how of the two companies has created a unique and revolutionary project that resulted in the development of new models of futuristic footwear and unprecedented tires.
DynaTREK, DynaSTRYKE BKL and Omnifuse represent the three new Vibram® shoes – resulting from the “sharing technology” behind the collaboration – which recall the typical design of the tread developed by the brand from Seoul.
Furthermore, DynaMIX and DynaSYNC are the two new off-road tires proposed by Hankook Tire. DynaMIX was made using two of the most important technologies praised by Vibram®: the first, expressed through the iconic Vibram® carrarmato design, ensures traction on rough terrains; the second is the Vibram® 3D Cocoon, a nylon fiber molded in the tread that protects tires distributing the point of impact on a wider surface.
DynaSYNC was achieved by applying the design of geometric multi-directional lugs – already used on Vibram FiveFingers® – that offer greater stability, traction and flexibility.
A new and exclusive partnership which reconfirms the prestigious position of the Italian yellow octagon brand, recognized worldwide for its functionality, innovation and design.
The new products resulting from the collaboration between the two companies will be shown from Tuesday 15th to Sunday, September 27th at the Hankook Tire stand (Hall 8.0 booth F36/D36) at the International Motor Show (IAA) in Frankfurt.
