New video from the 2011 Rock/Creek Scenic City Trail Marathon is now available.

Today, Rock/Creek announces the release of video from the 2011 Rock/Creek Scenic City Trail Marathon and 1/2 Marathon. In addition to some awesome aerial footage and moving-camera footage of the race, the video features interviews with SmartWool Director of Sales Amy Beck, Events Specialist Jessica Feinerman, and sales rep Scott Eddins. SmartWool is a major sponsor of the Rock/Creek Trail Series, and scheduled their national sales meeting to take place in Chattanooga, TN and coincide with the Trail Marathon. This video is now available online at Rock/Creek’s Youtube channel here:

With over 500 runners and scores of volunteers, the fifth year of this race was by far the biggest yet! The turnout led to a new women’s trail marathon course record, and a new course record for the half marathon as well. All results and details are available at the Rock/Creek blog here:

Part of the Rock/Creek Trail Series, the Scenic City Trail Marathon is sponsored by Vasque, Salomon, SmartWool, Marmot, Toyota, The North Face, Patagonia, Greenlife Grocery & Hammer Nutrition, with additional help from Ultimate Direction, Archer Physical Therapy, Blue Smoke Coffee, LifeKraze and Trail Runner Magazine.
