V.I.O. Inc., the leading brand of wearable point-of-view video technology, is pleased to announce the addition of Gary McQuoid as its new Senior Project Engineer.
As Senior Product Engineer, McQuoid will be responsible for managing the product development and manufacturing with V.I.O.’s R&D and contract manufacturing partners.
“My 20 years of experience in product development and manufacturing will enable me the knowledge to support taking V.I.O. to new levels as the acknowledged leader in the wearable video technology market,†said Gary McQuoid, Senior Product Engineer at V.I.O. For the past 2 years, McQuoid was a Lead Technical Engineer for General Dynamics – Advanced Information Systems (GDAIS), a leading provider of mission solutions in command, control, communications and computers, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance. Customers include those in the defense, intelligence, homeland security and homeland defense and international communities. Prior to joining GDAIS, McQuoid was employed for fifteen years as a Manufacturing Engineering Manager for Flextronics International, a leading Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) provider focused on delivering complete design, engineering and manufacturing services to automotive, computing, consumer digital, industrial, infrastructure, medical and mobile OEMs.
