Westcomb “Take Me To The Yukon” Giveaway Winner Embarks On Yukon Exploration

Vancouver, British Columbia (For Immediate Release) – Thanks to Travel Yukon, Polartec and Westcomb, three adventurer photographers are headed out on an exploration of the Yukon Territory to capture the Canadian wilderness with their unique perspectives on nature’s beauty.
The trip is being led by renowned wilderness and adventure photographers Christoffer Collin (@wisslaren) and Jeffery Spackman (@namkcaps). Chris is known for captivating images of the world’s wild places and has garnered a worldwide audience of over a million followers. Spackman’s photographs have inspired wanderlust and adventure in his followers.
The two photographers are joined by the winner of the “Take Me To The Yukon” giveaway, Mike Walton (@mikewwalton). Together the three have worked up an agenda to travel to some of the most inspiring wild places the Yukon Territory has to offer.
During the adventure the three photographer’s will be documenting the spectacular beauty of the Yukon territory on their Instagram accounts with the hashtag “#YukonBound.” Exclusive photos from their adventure will also be available from the trip sponsors, Westcomb Outerwear (@westcomb), Polartec (@polartecfabric) and Travel Yukon (@travelyukon).
More than 1400 entries were received for the “TakeMeToTheYukon” travel giveaway. Contest entrants were required to use the hashtag, #TakeMeToTheYukon, on Instagram and post an inspiring images of their outdoor adventures with a caption. One winner and sixteen runner-up prizes were awarded to giveaway entrants. Runner-up prizes included camping gear from Westcomb and Nemo Equipment, lifestyle apparel from AndShesDopeToo, water bottles from Mizu and tools from Leatherman USA.
