Minturn, CO – Weston is excited to announce their four-year Warranty doubling down on their commitment to bombproof snowboards and rider-focused customer service.

This warranty formalizes Weston’s commitment to building bombproof boards and a generous customer service experience.
“Over my time at Weston, I have watched Leo personally handle many of our customer service requests,” says Sean Eno Weston’s Marketing Director. “As we grow as a company, we wanted to make sure that this personalized level of service was baked into our company ethos.”
The Four Year warranty covers all Weston boards, including those purchased in the past, from manufacturer defects for a period of up to four years. With this warranty, it gives Weston one of the longest in the industry.
Additionally, if a board breaks due to impact, as part of Weston’s commitment to supporting riders they also will work directly with riders to get them back out there as fast as possible via the Board Slayers program. They will offer 30% off on a replacement board for any rider who breaks the board due to impact and is not covered under the four-year warranty.
“Our boards are designed to be ridden hard. We recognize that with that stuff happens,” says Ben Hilley, Brand Experience Manager. “We want to make sure that if your board breaks to impact we can get you back out there as fast as possible.”
