Wigwam Adds Experienced Director of Human Resources

Sheboygan, WI, USA, July 10, 2014 – Wigwam recently appointed Jill Skarda as the new Director of Human Resources. Jill has worked with many facets of HR including employee relations, recruiting, training, payroll, benefits, Talent Management, and safety.
Jills education background stems from obtaining an Associate’s degree in Supervisory Management from Lakeshore Technical College and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management from Silver Lake College.
Jill started her career with The Manitowok Company in 2004 and gained valuable experience in Human Resources in both the Manitowoc Ice and Manitowoc Cranes. In 2008 she was promoted to HR Representative II and in 2012 to HR Representative III.
If you ask Jill why she is excited about working at Wigwam, she’ll say, “I am eager to learn about the history, experiences, philosophies, culture, and company strategies at Wigwam. I feel that the Wigwam employees’ truly believe in the product and take a lot of pride and passion in their work”.

Wigwam is going on its 110th year in business this January and continues to grow and evolve.
