Winter Park Resort, one of Colorado’s premier resort destinations less than two hours from Denver, is pleased to invite all registered attendees and media for the Snowsports Industries Association (SIA) On-Snow Demo/Free Ride Fest, February 1 -2, immediately following the SIA Show in Denver. Attendees with SIA Show badges are invited to the resort for complimentary skiing and riding, along with free equipment rental, while supplies last. Hours are 9AM to 4PM on both days with registration taking place at West Portal Station, concourse level.

“We couldn’t think of a better way to unwind after a few days at the SIA Snow Show in Denver. After all, this is the heart and soul of what this tradeshow is all about,” said Mistalynn Lee, communications manager for Winter Park Resort.

Winter Park will offer alpine skiing, snowboarding, telemark and backcountry, while Devil’s Thumb Ranch, reachable via free shuttle services from Winter Park, will offer cross country and snowshoeing.

SIA is handling all registration and attendees are encouraged to pre-register in advance for the Snow Show and the On-Snow Demo/Free Ride Fest. Show credentials will be available for pick up either at the Colorado Convention Center or On-Snow Demo location; Winter Park Resort or Devil’s Thumb Ranch. SIA will be providing complimentary transportation between downtown Denver and Winter Park on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday. Shuttles will run between Winter Park Resort and Devil’s Thumb Ranch all three days.

Media are required to register through SIA for the Snow Show and On-Snow Demo. While at Winter Park, media are welcome in the Media VIP room located in the Adventure Club located in the Zephyr Mountain Lodge- slopeside building, offering storage facilities, free Wi-Fi, and refreshments available throughout the day. For specific requests, media are asked to contact Mistalynn Lee at mlee@skiwinterpark.com.
