Wolverine adds interactive tools and images to web, launches online contests

Wolverine has updated its U.S. Web site www.wolverine.com to feature more interactive tools and images to highlight the head-to-toe lifestyle brand. An innovative technology corner, advanced search options and online contests all contribute to Wolverine's smoothly navigable site.

ROCKFORD, Mich. — Wolverine has updated its U.S. Web site www.wolverine.com to feature more interactive tools and images to highlight the head-to-toe lifestyle brand. An innovative technology corner, advanced search options and online contests all contribute to Wolverine’s smoothly navigable site. Vivid nature photography and imagery of outdoor enthusiasts in Wolverine footwear, apparel, gear and headwear allow visitors to experience the relentless Wolverine lifestyle.

Product shots and graphics allow for easy visual selection between the Work, Rugged Outdoor and Hunting footwear categories or Apparel and Gear section. Interactive tools found throughout the site allow the user to explore the functional features of Wolverine footwear from top to bottom, inside to outside. The Apparel and Gear section is broken down into easy-to-navigate product categories so users can quickly access the head-to-toe selection.

The Quality & Technology portion of the Web site incorporates detailed information and visual graphics of the various comfort technology, construction and material components that comprise Wolverine footwear. Subtle symbols direct users to “mouse-over” different parts of the boot for quick product information.

To kick off Wolverine’s new Web site, visitors can enter to win a free pair of boots by submitting a story in which the author was wearing a pair of Wolverine boots or shoes. If the story is selected for Wolverine’s “Wall of Fame,” the author will win a free pair of boots. Additional official contest rules are available on the Web site.
