Wolverine Presents Michael Franti and Spearhead

Rockford, Michigan – After staging a concert at last year’s OR Winter Show that featured Grace Potter & The Nocturnals – a performance the OR Daily cover-slugged as “Best Show Ever?” — Wolverine, the premier manufacturers of high performance workplace and outdoor footwear, is poised to out-do itself.

The brand is proud to announce that this year’s Winter Show party of the year will be held on Thursday, January 19, 2012 at The Depot, 400 W. South Temple, Salt Lake City. Michael Franti and Spearhead will perform live for an industry-exclusive show. Tickets are only available at the Wolverine booth #35173 during show hours and are available only to ORWS badge-holders.

Franti has long been a passionate advocate for social justice and the environment, and after a dynamic career — beginning with his membership in the bands Beatnig and Disposable Heroes of Hiphopricy — has been topping charts in recent years with albums like 2010’s “The Sound of Sunshine.”
