World Class Showing for Wave Sport in Switzerland

Easley, S.C. – Wave Sport congratulates all the athletes who continue to push the limits of performance in freestyle kayaking. The World Freestyle Championships just wrapped in Thun, Switzerland, with over 250 paddlers competing. Sixty-one paddlers chose Wave Sport kayaks.

For most Wave Sport athletes, the Project (http://tinyurl.com/mnv8or) was the boat of choice. The carbon fiber/Kevlar Project 54cx, which Bryan Kirk paddled to the U.S. national championship earlier this year, made its debut on the world stage as paddled by Peter Csonka (seventh overall in the K1 men’s division).
