Youngest Person To Climb Seven Summits Chooses Kayland Boots

At the age of nine, Jordan Romero set his sights on becoming the youngest person in the world to climb the Seven Summits. Before his 12th birthday, Jordan had already successfully conquered five of these summits. Jordan Romero, an eighth grader from Big Bear Lake, California is a young man with a big goal and he’s making steady progress toward achieving it.Jordan aims to complete a mountaineering feat that has been accomplished by fewer than 300 adults.Jordan aims to climb the highest peak on each continent.At 13 Jordan has just two peaks remaining to complete his quest.He’s already been on the highest peaks of Africa, Europe, South America, Australia, North America and Oceania.On September 1, at age 13 Jordan became the youngest to ever stand on the summit of Carstenz Pyramid in Papua, Indonesia.He continues to break records and has his sights set on completing the entire 7 Summits project before his 14th birthday.
