Industry leaders meet at Outdoor Retailer Winter Market in Salt Lake City
What: Sierra Club Mission Outdoors and Sierra Magazine are pleased to host the “Diversity and Youth in the Outdoors†two-part panel discussion.
Building on the momentum and excitement following Shelton Johnson’s keynote presentation at the Conservation Alliance Breakfast at Outdoor Retailer Summer Market 2011, the panel will focus on the evident interest and concern from the outdoor industry regarding a lack of diversity and youth.
The first session is scheduled for the Winter Market 2012; the conversation will continue at the Summer Market.
