1. Camber Outdoors Thought-Leader Keynote

7 to 9 a.m. at the McNichols Civic Center Building, 144 W. Colfax Ave.: Speakers Steve Rendle, chairman and CEO of VF Corporation, and Rue Mapp, CEO and founder of Outdoor Afro, will lead a talk about diversity and being purpose-led companies.
2. When Women Lead Part 3: Merging Profit & Purpose

1:30 to 2:30 p.m. at THE CAMP (56117-UL): What does it look like when women’s voices and perspectives are at the forefront of our industry? When Women Lead brings together female industry leaders to discuss the issues that resonate with our community the most.
Panelists at the third installment are: Victoria Payne from Mountain Khakis, Pema Chamatsang-Sherpa from Sherpa Adventure Gear, Becky Marcelliano from Deuter, Shelma Jun from Flash Foxy, and Aisha Weinhold from No Man’s Land Film Festival. Moderators include Jen Gurecki from Coalition Snow and Amanda Goad from BoldBrew and Project16x.
3. Workplace Equity Working Group

3 to 6 p.m. at The Commons, 1245 Champa St.: Camber Outdoors is convening CEO Pledge companies and key stakeholders in the Workplace Equity Working Group (WEWG) to co-create an active-outdoor industries’ Index for what constitutes equitable and inclusive workplaces where a diversity of experiences and people lead. Modeled after OIA’s sustainability working group that eventually created the HIGG Index, peers and competitors work together in collaboration and confidentiality to create an Index that is larger than any one company or individual. Interested stakeholders should attend.
4. Trek to Everest Base Camp with Google’s Earth Wall
2:30 p.m. at the Access Fund/Leave No Trace Booth in the lobby below the Blue Bear: This virtual ascent is the easiest way to reach Everest’s Base Camp (17,598 feet), with stops at iconic checkpoints along the way via the Google Earth Wall. Keep your beers as cold as the alpine in the killer YETI cooler you could win in the daily raffle!
