Outdoor Retailer announced Monday that it has partnered with EventSphere to handle hotel reservations for the trade show this summer and beyond. The partnership will make it easier for show attendees to book rooms, as they’ll be able to see available rooms from all hotels in the reserved block online, in one central place. Previously, show attendees needed to check with each hotel individually if they couldn’t immediately find a room.

“Our first priority is to listen to the industry and make positive changes to the show format and supporting services to ensure Outdoor Retailer remains the optimal venue to conduct business,” said Marisa Nicholson, Outdoor Retailer show director, in a press release about the partnership. “EventSphere’s integrated software provides a seamless experience that is easy to use, enabling attendees to find accommodations within the existing housing block. They are one hundred percent committed to supporting our needs.”

Retailers, reps, and media will receive links to reserve housing soon, while exhibitor housing will open at the end of April.
